Meet Diana.

Diana was born in Venezuela and built a career in personal training and executive coaching across Miami and San Diego before La Ventana stopped being a winter trip and became home. The pandemic kept her here full-time. She started Rent La Ventana a few seasons later, the way she'd run it as an owner herself.

She runs the catalog hands-on. She picks the houses, vets the tenants, and writes the descriptions. She answers WhatsApp herself, in English or Spanish, usually within a day. The kind of personal reach that gets lost the moment a portfolio scales past a handful of properties.

That's the model. Small enough to know every property by the road conditions on the way in. Local enough that the team picks up when a tenant calls.
