  1. Tenants

    We source, screen, and vet every tenant ourselves. References checked, contracts signed, expectations set in writing before anyone gets a key. The wrong tenant is the most expensive thing that can happen to a property, so we take this part slowly.

  2. Payment

    Rent is collected on schedule and remitted to you the same way every month. Clean statements, predictable timing, no chasing. If a tenant misses, we handle the follow-up so you don't have to. You never have to ask twice.

  3. Calendar

    Your property is listed on rentlaventana.com with live availability. Owner blocks for personal use are easy. The calendar is the same one the site reads from, so what we see is what tenants see — no double-bookings, no manual sync.

  4. Commission

    Transparent percentage of rent collected, with everything else included. No setup fees, no surprise photography invoices, no "platform fees" pulled out of your monthly statement. Your numbers are the same numbers we look at.

  5. Local support

    Our bilingual team is on the ground in La Ventana and El Sargento for cleanings, turnovers, small repairs, and the inevitable middle-of-the-week "the water pump tripped" call. Tenants get help in real time, in the language they speak.
